1. GeneralThis Dustless Multi-Pulyerizer Model WF 20B is suitable for manufacturing of pharmaceutical, chemical and foods. It is ideal for the crushing of dry and brittle material such as crisp herbs, but not available for those in great mucosity or low inteneration.
The pulyerizer cylinder is made with stainless steel. Its smooth inside can prevent powder sticking and also easy cleaning. This is fulfill the requirement of GMP

3. Structure
The machine is associated with a crushing cylinder, intake funnel, and the framework. A fixed grinding disc and a movable grinding disc with numbers of blades are installed inside the crushing cylinder. Materials to be crushed are grinded between the disc and blades under a high-speed rotary motion. As the machine has a simple structure design for long lasting, stable, low noise, high performance and easy maintenance, it is an ideal machine for grinding materials.
