Automatic Metal Expanding & Mesh Tubing Machine

General introduction:
Steel belt of 54mm width fed in, processed by squeezing, expanding, edge folding, spiral seaming, mesh tube made out.
This machine is designed and made for making HDAF, to increase efficiency, and to save material.
Meanwhile, to improve working environment.
It is easy adjustable by 2 factors only: table Angle, two motor speed
Touch screen setting, PLC regulating, simple to operate.
By changing seaming roller curve, the mesh tube can be made outside or inside smooth according to the tubes for inner or outer side assembling.
