Our automatic multifunctional linear bottle capper, simulating labor handto do cap screwing with bottle clamping belts for bottle postioning, is suitable for automatic cap screwing of various bottles or jerrycans, jars with threaded/screw caps, like copmmon screw caps, trigger caps, spray pump caps, mist caps, metal caps etc, widely used in automatic foodstuff, drinks, chemical, cosmetic & pharmaceutical products bottle packaging fields, largely reducing the cost of human resources and man-made losses
Automatic cap unscrambling & feeding can be customized based on bottles, caps & capacity. 
1. Simulating labor hand cap screwing principle, it's designed with bottle clamping belts for bottle postioning & 2 capping motors for capping, simple to use, adjsut & maintain.
2. Linear bottle in & out, plus humanized desgin (handle adjusting for capping height & belt distance), it's suitable for various bottles & caps, the adjustment can be finished in several mins without tools.
3. Inverter capping & conveying speed regulation,it is very stable & easy to adjust, linking to production line easily.
