Filling technical description for filling line:
Automatic bottle loading system
Adopt the latest (3-step bucket) flat upper bottle structure design, the bucket rack design is fully surrounded by the bucket structure, and the cleaning host become one, complete fully closed cleaning bucket, reduce secondary pollution.
The working process of the equipment is as follows: the empty barrel after external washing is sent to the top bottle machine by the conveyor belt. After positioning the barrel by the upper bucket bracket device, it will automatically turn and flatten and align with the upper bottle and cup, and then the upper bottle cylinder will pull the bottle and cup into the cleaning machine and turn and send it to the washing station. The barrel movement on the equipment is stable, the noise is small, the barrel does not stick, does not drop the barrel.

There is an air outlet above alkali washing, which can discharge the fog.
Lye heating tank is equipped with automatic heating system. The heating water tank is double layer design and filled with thermal insulation cotton.
