Performance:
1.The operation behavior of the cartoning machine is designed intermittently, controlled by PLC, with simple structure and easy maintenance.The machine adopts a series of complex transmission, mimicking the human action to automatically complete the lower carton, opening the carton, folding instruction manual, charging (instruction) and sealing the carton and other procedures.
2.Machine with high speed. However, the running speed of packaging materials is low, so that the sensitivity of packaging materials to running speed is reduced, the adaptability of packaging materials is enhanced, the mechanical wear of the machine is small, its characteristics: high output, low mechanical running speed.
3.The machine uses ZL112 vacuum generator (SMC), automatic vacuum taking carton, open carton with big Angle.Ensure the opening accuracy of the carton.
4.GUK manual automatic folding system and transmission device are adopted.
5.The manual adopts a PLC controlled wheeled feeding system, which avoids the slip of the manual caused by the unsynchronization of the
traditional feeding mechanism. The system can also adjust the folding length of the carton of the manual.
6,The carton in(feeding) system operates intermittently and is equipped with push-loading overload protection function to protect the bubble cover plate and the instruction manual for safe feeding.
7The machine is more convenient to adjust and maintain.It can be equipped with a variety of carton closing methods and other devices.Change cartons of different sizes without changing molds. Adjust positioning only according to carton size
8.The machine frame and the machine board have sufficient strength and stiffness, the frame is equipped with the main drive motor and the clutch brake of the machine, the machine board is equipped with various transmission systems, the torque overload protector can realize the main drive motor and each transmission part in the case of overload to protect the machine parts from damage.
9. Safety:
