The box-type dredging robot is mainly composed of a box-type dredging robot, which is mainly composed of a high-pressure flushing system, a sludge extraction system, an underwater walking system, an imaging system, a lighting system, a hydraulic system, and an intelligent detection and control system. 1. The design of the mud extraction and mixing cage adopts a special structure and can realize the forward and reverse mode, which effectively solves the problem of entanglement of various garbage such as cloth strips, cotton threads, ropes, etc. in the sludge, and the effect is good during construction. The hydraulic lifting device can realize the lifting and lowering of the mixing cage by 60° up and down, which is conducive to the advancement of equipment and more thorough cleaning;
2. The walking track is evenly stressed and the walking is stable. And the use of rubber tracks prevents the pool body from being damaged by the tracks. After repeated force calculations and multiple tests of simulated working conditions, the force is completely within the safe force range;
3. The delivery head of the dredging pump installed on the dredging robot is more than 15 meters, which fully meets the working condition requirements of the general pool depth (8-10 meters);
4. The dredging robot is equipped with a high-pressure flushing system. For some parts with serious accumulation and high sand content, the mode of high-pressure flushing and extraction can be adopted to reduce the propulsion resistance of the stirring cage and speed up the construction progress;
5. A variety of control sensing devices, safety alarm devices, imaging devices and human-computer interaction systems are installed on the main parts inside and outside the robot, so as to clearly grasp the underwater working status of the robot on the shore;
6. The robot is also equipped with an automatic balance adjustment device to ensure that the equipment can always work in a balanced state when working underwater;
7. The dredging robot has a fully sealed and waterproof design, and the pump station does not need to stop production to cooperate when taking mud underwater.
