Wood Briquette machine is the main equipment for making rod-like solid fuel by using wood chips, rice husks, peanut husks, plant stalks and other carbon wood materials (without any additives) under high pressure and high temperature conditions . it is a new type of renewable and environment-friendly fuel, which has the characteristics of clean, high calorific value, high combustion efficiency and so on. It can be used as fuel for combustion furnace, boiler and power generation furnace.
Charcoal is made in four steps:
1. Pulverize - pulverize the raw materials into granules through a shredder;
2, drying - and then the particles after drying machine, avoid the control of water;
3. Rod making - the dried material is made into rod shape by the rod making machine;
4, carbonization - after carbonization furnace carbonization, cooling is the finished charcoal.
