Anti-Corrosion Submersible PP/Stainless Steel/ Ejector for Water gas mixing and Oxygenation Treatment 

The aeration jet device uses the principle of liquid jet to produce suction, so that the oxygen in the air is dissolved in water, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygenation and stirring
 

Oxygen Efficiency

Oxygen transfer efficiency is not solely determined by bubble size but also by the renewal of gas bubble contact surfaces. Ejectors, with their continuous circulation of wastewater, can achieve higher oxygen efficiency than other aerators. By directing flow towards the tank floor, EDON ejectors fully utilize the tank depth as an entry point. Oxygen supply tests in clean water form the basis for designing EDON ejectors, with measurements conducted on full-scale plants and validated through inspection tests.

At typical depths of 5 to 8 meters, an oxygen efficiency (OC20) of 11 g O2/Nm3 • m can be achieved in clean water. In partial load operation, the oxygen efficiency can exceed this value, reaching up to 14 g O2/Nm3 • m. Depending on depth and oxygen requirements, a single ejector can inject approximately 400-500 Nm3/h of compressed air into the tank.

In the submersible jet aerator, the water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed water flow, and a negative pressure is formed around the nozzle to inhale air, which is mixed with the water flow through the mixing chamber, and produces a water-air mixed flow in the horn-shaped diffuser, which is jetted out at high speed. The water stream with many bubbles is swirled and stirred in a larger area and depth of water to complete aeration, and its shaft power does not change with the change of submergence depth, and the amount of air intake can be adjusted. The submersible jet aerator can be used in pools where the water level changes greatly
