Ammonia Water Production Line
(Multifunctional Intelligent Low-consumption Ammonia water Production Line system)
The JAG-20000B ammonia water preparer body is mainly composed of four parts: liquid ammonia evaporator, static mixer, main heat exchanger and ammonia water cooler. The main heat exchanger, liquid ammonia evaporator, static mixer, and ammonia water cooler are all made of 316L stainless steel, and the preparer box is made of carbon steel.
The exhaust gas absorption tank (including absorption tower) is made of carbon steel.
The material of the flow-passing parts of the process water pump is 304 stainless steel.
Liquid ammonia, process water, and ammonia are made of 304 stainless steel, and the tail gas (gas ammonia) pipeline and cooling water pipeline are made of carbon steel. Bolts are galvanized.
Anti-freeze measures are taken to install a discharge valve at a low point in the water pipeline, and to set up a circulation auxiliary line between the front of the water valve and the back of the return water valve on the circulating cooling water pipeline .
In addition, users must prepare their own liquid ammonia storage tanks, ammonia water storage tanks, ammonia water pumps, and circulating cooling water devices.
