The most common ball valve in the pipeline is the 2PC ball valve. This kind of ball valve with 2 way, it can connect two pipeline in a straight line. It only has function of on or off. While pneumatic actuated 2 piece ball valve that means install a pneumatic actuator on the valve, then it can automated on or off the valve by controlling remotely. Pneumatic actuator 2PC ball valve can be single-acting or double-acting. The single-acting pneumatic actuator inputs a single direction compressed air to turn on the valve, and a spring to return the valve to the normal position. While about the double-acting pneumatic actuator that completely by inputting the compressed air to open or close the valve.
