Product Description
POLY-COTTON Recycled Fibers is made of existing clothes by converting fabric clips into recycled fiber which can be reused in textile products.
The portion of polyester and cotton can be set according to customer's requirement. The color can be easily set too.
Benifits:
1) The amount of energy, water, and dye use is reduced from using a product that has already been processed. The CO2 and fossil fuel emission savings can be partially offset by using existing materials.
2) Poly-cotton recycled fiber has much more competitive price. It is a great option for reducing textile waste and repurposing for lower grade products.
Products:
- TC recycled fiber & CVC color recycled fiber: 1) available any composition with polyester and cotton according to requirement; 2) available in any color or available in mix color
- Yarn: made out of poly cotton fiber according to customer's requirement
Application:
1) for spinning and Open End material;
2) filling material (pillow, bolsters, mattresses, quilt, etc)
3) Nonwoven
