Lacing Cords
Prior to Velcro, zip, wire, or plastic ties, Lacing Cords were used to bundle and secure cables. Although popular, these ties can sometimes choke cables and lower productivity. Because of this, Lacing Cords are still preferred as a low-cost alternative to ties in certain applications.
These cords are often used in situations where greater flexibility is necessary. This increased give is essential when wires are too bulky to use ties, or when the cables need to be able to be pulled alongside one another.
