Once the deposit is received, mass production commences. CNC milling machines are typically ready within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are completed in just 15 days.


8. Packaging

To ensure safe and secure transit, we recommend using durable wooden box packaging to prevent any potential damage during shipping.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon delivery, conduct a thorough inspection of the products: Check for any packaging damage, leaks, or discrepancies in quantity and accessories. Document any issues with photos and reach out to us immediately for prompt resolution.


10. Warranty Period

Benefit from a comprehensive one-year warranty, covering free replacement of components not damaged intentionally. We provide lifelong maintenance support. After the warranty, component costs and shipping fees will apply.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with travel expenses covered by the customer, including airfare between China and your location, as well as accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts upon machine's arrival. Should issues arise, our engineers will be on-site within 24 hours of notification. We extend maintenance support beyond the warranty. Each CNC machine comes with detailed English manuals for operation and maintenance guidance.
