Put drilling fluid materials (betonies, barite powder) and some chemical additives (polymer) into circulation tank to increase total drilling fluid preparation and change drilling fluid density, viscosity, dehydration and so on. Direct inputting will cause a lot of settlement or agglomerate of drilling fluid materials and chemical additives with no gain of dispersed and well-proportioned drilling fluid.
The mud mixer is a piece of equipment used together with solids control system together. It can meet the requirements of drilling fluid weighting and mixing for solids control system of 1,500 m to 7,000 m drilling. This equipment is a single jet mixer combined with 45 Kw (or 55 Kw) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers. It features as safe performance and convenient transportation.

1. The jet mixing device is comprised of one sand pump, one jet mixer(or several pumps and mixers) , valves and manifold, convenient transporation, installation and service, etc.
2. Used for preparation and increase the total of drilling fluid, to change drilling fluid density, viscosity, water loss.
3. The novel jet injection device was designed by combining with venturi tube and original jet nozzle.
