In order to meet the demand of hot forging processing in hardware industry, horizontal continuous casting is used to produce 8 ~ 60mm small size brass rod and pipe, instead of traditional extrusion method or hot rolling method, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of materials is the trend of production.The product specification range is 8 ~ 60mm,50-90mm, 90-120mm. Among them: 8 ~ 28mm , there can be 4 outputs in one side, 29 ~ 35mm, 2 output in one side and sizes over 36mm 1 output in one side of holding furnace; The casting method adopts graphite ctrystalizer casting method; The casting speed is 80 ~ 750mm/min; The mold is made of graphite.
Multi-outputs and multi-flow insulation furnace and tractor configuration insulation furnace for polyhedral structure, each side will have two flow or more with radial distribution, staggered layout of the tractor, each flow independent traction. The specification of each flow can be different, the operation does not interfere with each other, and the speed of the lead rod can be adjusted randomly according to the process.
