ST001 camera slot detection

Overview: Identify whether the stamped stator laminations are qualified through the camera and control them with PLC logic.

Composition:camera.

Brief description of action:
The laminating machine automatically takes the punched stator laminations and places them into the product holder. The camera checks whether the stator laminations in the product holder are qualified.

ST002 Loose Piece Handling

Overview: By rotating the servo motor, the transplanting plate and gripper on the screw are driven to move, and the qualified stacked pieces are picked up from the product seat and placed in the aggregate bin.

Composition: Servo motor, screw, electric cylinder, cylinder.

Brief description of action:
1.After the product seat is in place, the gripper descends and takes out the stator stack from the product seat.                  
2. After being lifted by an electric cylinder, the motor drives the screw to move horizontally, and the qualified stator laminations are placed into the aggregate bin, which is controlled by PLC logic.

ST003 stator lamination storage                                                

Overview: The stator stack is placed in place, and the electric cylinder drives the product to lift and lower. Fiber optic is used to pick up the required height of the stator. PLC logic control.

Composition: Splitting cylinder, lifting electric cylinder, detection optical fiber.

Brief description of action:
1. The electric cylinder lifts the stack and confirms the origin of the stack through optical fibers.                        
2. After confirming the origin, the height required for the electric cylinder to lift the stack is determined.                      
3. The sharding cylinder separates the required laminations.

ST004 lamination tightening

Overview: Align and tighten the stack by lifting the cylinder, and adjust the stack angle on the central control rotating platform.

Composition:Tightening cylinder, servo motor, central control rotating platform, rectangular spring, limit mechanism.

Brief description of action:
1. After the stator loose pieces are inserted, the cylinder is pushed out to flatten the loose pieces.                    
2. The central control rotating platform adjusts the aligned stator to the desired angle.

ST005 stack height detection

Overview: The compressor compacts the stator laminations, checks the height of the stator laminations, takes out the protruding parts, and makes patches when the height is not enough.

Composition: Press, displacement sensor, servo motor, screw, cylinder, vacuum generator, suction cup.

Brief description of action:
1. After the product is in place, press down to compact the stator laminations.
2. The displacement sensor detects the actual height of the stator laminations.
3. When the height is too high and it is not qualified, remove the excess stack until the height is qualified.            
4. When the stack height is too low, take the loose pieces and place them into the stator stack until the height is qualified.                             5. After the height is qualified, transport the stator laminations to the mechanical arm's material retrieval station.

ST006 finished product lamination conveying

Overview: The servo motor drives the screw to transport the finished product stack to the finished product picking station, which is controlled by PLC logic..

Composition: Servo motor, screw.

Brief description of action:
1. Move the lead screw to the scattered piece placement station and retrieve the scattered pieces.
2. Move the screw from the scattered piece placement station to the scattered piece height detection station for height detection.                  
3. After passing the height inspection, the stacked pieces will be transported to the finished product picking station.

ST007 robotic arm handling

Overview: The robotic arm will put the detected laminations into the laminating machine for lamination, and place the stator with laminations into the material basket.

Composition: Mechanical arm, servo motor, screw, slide rail.

Brief description of action:
1. The robotic gripper will place the detected stack into the buckle machine to buckle.
2. The robotic arm places the pre buckled stator into the flipper and flips the vertical stator 90 degrees.          
3. Put the flipped stator into the basket.


 
ST008 stator buckle machine

Overview: Buckle the stator loose pieces into a whole.

Composition: lifting cylinder, servo motor, screw, slide rail.

Action description:
1. The truss will place the loose pieces into the product seat of the buckle machine.
2. Start the laminating machine to press and assemble the stator loose pieces into a whole.


ST009 stator flipper

Overview: Flip the stator that has been fastened 90 degrees.

Composition: three-phase motor and cylinder.

Action description:
1. Flip the stator that has been fastened 90 degrees.
