The press is used to press the liquid from material.
Minimum processing capacity 50Ton in 24 hour.
Twin screws for good pressing effect.
Fat rate of meal is 8% if the bone and meat is fresh.
According to various kinds of bone and meat, specially design proper press ratio to optimize the moisture and fat content of the press cake, and greatly improve bone and meat meal quality.
The main part of press is made of Q345 manganese steel.
Blade is made of 14mm Q345 manganese steel.
The cover, windows and door, inlet and outlet are made of SUS304×2.0mm stainless steel, filter screen of SUS304×0.8mm, the support of the filter screen of Q345×10mm manganese steel, and reinforced board of Q345×25mm manganese steel.
Special press ratio for special material.
Equipped with famous brand electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor, gearbox group.
Rotation speed is adjustable from 1 to 10rpm.
Steel stand for convenient installation.
Two-layer red antirust paint in the base, two-layer blue paint in the surface.
