Product Description
1SN hydraulic hose is a hydraulic hose designed to withstand medium to high pressures. It is made of high-quality materials and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. It is made of a special synthetic inner rubber layer reinforced with a high-strength steel wire braid. This construction provides excellent flexibility and durability, allowing the hose to bend and twist without kinking or breaking. The high-strength steel wire braid also provides strength and support, ensuring that the hose can withstand high pressures without breaking. Another important feature of the 1SN hydraulic hose is its resistance to oil and abrasion. The synthetic inner rubber layer is oil-resistant, ensuring that hydrulic fluid can flow smoothly through the hose without contamination. The outer rubber layer is also abrasion-resistant, protecting the hose from wear caused by external factors such as friction or impact.
Inner rubber layer:Oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcing layer:A layer of high strength steel wire braid layer
Outer rubber layer:Synthetic rubber with high temperature, ozone and wear resistance

Applicable medium:Mineral oil, vegetable oil, polyethylene glycol base oil, synthetic ester base oil, water/oil emulsion
Application scope:Hydraulic system and oil return pipeline of oil base or water base hydraulic oil
