(1) It should be noted that the type of explosion-proof motor should be selected according to the use environment.
(2) Set up short-circuit, overload, overheating, and lack of equal protection in strict accordance with the requirements, and regularly check these protection devices to ensure that they are effective.
(3) Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from dismantling and repairing any part of the motor.
(4) Connect the power cord according to the following procedure: after removing the junction box cover, unscrew the wiring hopper, take out the rubber gasket in the wire inlet of the wiring seat, and put these two parts on the cable.
(5) If disassembly and assembly are required, special attention should be paid to protecting the flameproof surface and windings from bumps. If multiple units are disassembled and assembled at the same time, the disassembled parts should be stored separately, and mixed assembly is not allowed. If the dismantled parts will be put aside for a period of time, the necessary anti-rust treatment should be carried out on the flameproof surface.
