Polycrystalline mullite (PCW) fiber Blanket is made by colloid chemistry method. The Al2O3 content reach up to 72%, with high refractoriness, high tensile and fiber strength, excellent heat resistance and high fiber strength. Without any organic binder. They are doubled needled for exceptional strength and flexibility for use in applications up to 2912°F (1600°C) in oxidizing, reducing and chemically aggressing atmospheres.
