Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: Around 2-3 days without logo printing. Around 7-10 woking days with customized logo printing.

A:It's depend on your order quantity. Normally the lead time need 25-35 days.

A:Customized, Any silicone colors are available by pantone code.
Q: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
A: AI, IGS ,STP and CDR is workable .We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software .
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order.
For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
