1. Production Overview
The solenoid valve of 1022-3 series is a family of diaphragm valve with 2mm orifice
diameter, controlling the on/off of fluid flow path. This series solenoid valve is a high
performance, low cost and maintenance free diaphragm valve with multiple model options,
which are suitable for different reagents under different working conditions. Its life cycle
can be operated more than 2 million.

Orifice diameter: 2mm; low resistance;
Large flow: Cv≥0.04; flow≥6.8mL/s (pressure drop 50KPa, 25ºC, pure water)
Small dead volume: zero dead volume inside the solenoid valve
Multiple option for wetted material:
1. Body material: PPS, POM, PTFE
2. Seal material: EPDM, FKM
