Biomass generator simple description:
This type of generator is choose gas as power. Gas will be burned directly inside of engine's cylinders, then give machinery force to alternator to produce electricity power. There are mainly 3 parts on one generator set: gas engine,alternator and radiator. The generated power can be sell to national grid, or for daily use and industrial use.

Biomass generator Work site requirements:
The work site needs to meet following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.

The generator set will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
1m distance away from generator set's pressure regulating valve of inlet
Temperature of syn gas ≤40ºC;
Pressure of syn gas 5~20kPa, velocity of pressure≤ 1kPa/min;
H2S≤200mg/Nm3;
NH3≤20mg/Nm3;
Coke tar content≤20mg/Nm3;
Impurities particle size≤5μm; impurity content≤30mg/Nm3;
Moisture Content of syn gas ≤40g/Nm3;

Speed regulating system: EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.

A: It depends on continuous output power, Voltage, Frequency and fuel type. Please tell me what fuel (natural gas, biogas, biomass gas,wood syngas, methane,coal gas) or raw material(like wood, grass, nutshell and so on) The right model of generator will be recommend soon.
