The level of Refrigeration performance is in accordance with ISO5708-1983A II , and ensure high quality of milk. WS-1000 refrigeration milk tank is mainly composed of five parts: mixer, scrubber, refrigeration unit, electrical control box etc.
2,The frigeration milk machine is a horizontal elliptical tank, and the polyurethane rigid foam board is adopted between the inner and outer ot tanks. The material has advantages of low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength, low water absorption and good thermal insulation performance. The tank`s wall adopts advanced plate-type evaporator, which can heat and refrigerate directly with milk. Refrigeration compressor introduct TAGZ4573THR type compressor that produces from France TLCUMSEH company, and equip with the reliable midpoint protector , so it cannot burn out the motor due to overload or fault system.
3,SW-1000 refrigeration milk tank is made of advanced SUS304 stainless steel. It is clean and anti-corrosion. The tank is polished and the dirt can not accumulate easily.

Location of work house:
The work house should be spacious and good air liquidity. There should be an one-meter passageway for operator working and maintain. When it is mechanized milking, you should consider about the connection with other equipment.
The foundation of the tank should be 30-50 mm higher than the floor.
Installation of the tank:
After the tank got in position, please adjust the feet-bolts, make sure the tank tilt to the discharge hole, but not too much, just can discharge all the milk in the tank. You must make sure the six feet uniform stress, do not allow any foot be drift. You can adjust the left-right slope by Horizontal scale, make sure it is not slope to left or right.
Switch on the inlet of condenser.
The equipment switch on electric power must switch on the earth.
