Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the finished jacquard elastic webbing.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard elastic webbing.
Weaving the greige of the jacquard elastic webbing using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished elastic webbing.
