Hi there. I purchased a ice maker from Amazon on Aug 16 2025. I was told from Amazon that I have to reach out to you since your the manufacturer and since I haven't even had it for a year yet. I'm having issues with the ice maker. It's not making ice properly at any setting. I've done many cleaning cycles and it still not getting any better actually its gotten worse since running clean cycle. It's not making the full ice cubes.
