Doing business with Zhongshan Shengerfu Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. has been one of the worst supplier experiences I have ever had. This company has demonstrated poor quality control, careless packaging, weak shipment management, poor communication, and a complete refusal to take accountability when their own failures caused financial damage.

I paid for custom precision hardware components that were supposed to arrive complete, correctly manufactured, properly finished, professionally packed, and ready for use. That is not what I received. The shipment arrived damaged, partially open, poorly secured, and inadequately protected for heavy machined components. Parts were missing. Parts were damaged. Parts were incorrectly manufactured or incorrectly marked. Several components could not be considered new, sellable, or usable in the condition received.

The affected parts included a poorly machined input flange, incorrectly laser-marked carrier bearing access doors, missing wagon drive shafts, damaged viscous coupler bodies, and a damaged carrier bearing hanger. The total affected value was over $1,000 USD. Instead of fixing the problem, refunding the damaged and missing items, or replacing the defective parts, this company chose denial, excuses, blame-shifting, and delay tactics.

Their behavior after the sale was even worse than the shipment itself. They hid behind packing photos, weight claims, and shipping arguments while ignoring the obvious reality: the products did not arrive complete, undamaged, or properly manufactured. A supplier does not get to take payment, ship a destroyed package, deliver missing and damaged parts, and then pretend the buyer should absorb the loss.

This company’s customer service is unacceptable. Their idea of “support” appears to be arguing with the customer, denying responsibility, and forcing the buyer to repeatedly submit the same evidence over and over while they avoid doing the right thing. Communication means nothing if it is only used to dodge accountability.

This was not a small mistake. This was a failure of manufacturing control, packaging control, shipment control, quality assurance, and customer service. A competent supplier verifies the order, protects the parts, ships complete assemblies, and takes responsibility when the shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. Zhongshan Shengerfu Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. failed at every one of those basic responsibilities.

I would strongly warn other buyers to be extremely cautious before sending money to this company. Do not trust verbal assurances. Do not assume they understand assembly requirements. Do not assume their packaging will protect your parts. Do not assume they will accept responsibility when something goes wrong. Document every drawing, every part, every quantity, every tolerance, every finish requirement, every packaging requirement, and every refund/replacement obligation before paying them anything.

Based on my experience, Zhongshan Shengerfu Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. is not a reliable supplier for custom automotive, machined, or precision hardware components. They took payment, delivered damaged and incomplete goods, and then refused to take meaningful responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects professionalism, accountability, or properly delivered products.
