We require a 50 kg/h capacity, adjustable thickness from 0.30–0.40 mm, and a sheet width of 400–500 mm. As standard wheat flour machines will not work, we need significant modifications to the sheeting mechanism. Do you have experience with semolina/pasta dough sheeters? Can you customize a machine to meet these exacting thickness and uniformity requirements?
