I am writing to formally notify you that this is our final communication before we escalate this matter through all available legal and trade channels.

Nearly one year has passed since we placed and fully paid for our order of a hydraulic pump. Despite repeated follow-ups, the pump has still not been delivered. In addition to the purchase price, we have incurred significant additional costs related to secured transportation arrangements and other logistics made in good faith based on your commitments.

We hold full documentation of this transaction, including the purchase order, payment confirmation, and all correspondence with your company.

We hereby demand one of the following no later than 7 days:

1. Confirmed shipment of the hydraulic pump with full tracking information, or
2. Full refund of all amounts paid to our paypal account !

Should we not receive a satisfactory response within this deadline, we will take the following immediate actions:

– Report this case as commercial fraud to the relevant trade authorities in Greenland and Denmark.
– Formally bring this matter to the attention of the Greenlandic trade delegation currently in active trade negotiations with China, including the office of Minister Wang Wentao.
