MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Declare the wood species (Birch / Gurjan / Okoume / equivalent) and country of origin. State that the plywood has fully void-free core, cross-laminated construction, and Phenolic WBP adhesive. Provide a test report or certificate proving it passes the 72-hour boiling water test without delamination. Declare moisture content of 10% or less. State that the plywood is termite resistant and rot/fungal resistant.
2. Certification and environmental compliance: Provide your FSC certificate (Forest Stewardship Council). Provide your ISO 9001:2015 certificate (Quality Management). Provide ISO 14001 certificate if available. Provide a certificate from the forestry department or recognized authority verifying sustainable sourcing.
3. Packaging and transportation plan: Provide a detailed plan including estimated number of 20ft ISO containers required (maximum gross weight per container is 12 tons). State that each bundle will be 2 to 3 tons and 2 to 3 cubic metres, properly protected against moisture. Confirm that containers will be wind and watertight (W/W condition) and, if used, not more than 7 years old. State that a packing list will be enclosed in each container.
4. Used container condition compliance (if applicable): If you will supply used containers, please acknowledge that any used 20ft containers provided will meet corrosion-resistant material (Corten steel), structural integrity with no holes or significant dents, tight door seals, clean interior, and age of 7 years or less.
