We are developing a ceramic SDBD plasma electrode and need a compact HF HV power supply for a capacitive plasma load.

This is not a generic arc/spark application.

Target:

* 10–25 kHz adjustable HF AC
* approx. 2–8 kVpp
* stable non-filamentary surface plasma
* compact low-power module
* good current limiting
* continuous stable operation

We already prepared RFQ drawings, P1/P2 geometries, and cross-section references.

We are looking for a supplier with real DBD / corona / plasma experience and tuning capability for capacitive loads.

Initial stage is a small engineering prototype program (~5 pcs) with future scaling potential after validation.

Good day,
I bought this machine from you last year. The adhesive I am now using require temperatures to be between 180-200deg c. The temp controller on the machine only goes up to 180. If I replace the controller to go up to 200deg c Max, will this still be OK it wont effect the elemnts or any other part of the machine? Thank you.
